Sima Parekh

Sima Parekh is the founder of Sima Sparks, a consulting company built on her strong background in strategy and technology program management. She excels at helping businesses accomplish high-profile initiatives, even in challenging circumstances with dysfunctional teams and seemingly impossible timelines.

Sima's expertise spans both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, demonstrating her versatility in leadership and strategic execution across different industries. A few of the companies she has worked for include PRG Schultz, Hewlett Packard, Randstad, and IHG Hotels and Resorts. Currently, Sima serves as the Business Executive for North America at Sage. She runs the Office Of the Managing Director and responsible for operations and execution of all things for North America.
