Tiphanie Watson Johnson

Tiphanie Watson Johnson is a dynamic marketing strategist and philanthropic leader recognized for her creative vision and expertise in event production. She is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Sugga’s Industries International, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing underserved communities with essential opportunities in education, health and mental wellness, workforce development, and the arts.

Her career highlights include serving as manager for Grammy-winning artist Antwan “Big Boi” Patton of Outkast, overseeing his business ventures and co-launching Big Kidz Foundation, a charitable organization. She has also contributed her talents to multiple film, music, and television projects, and served as Special Projects Manager for the Mayor’s Office of Film & Entertainment in Atlanta, where she focused on community engagement.
